由前苏联奥古斯塔农用机械设备制造厂设计，阿纳海姆电子产业组装生产，共生产三辆原型车，此车为02号“报丧女妖”型，首车00号“新安州”于1919年8月10日运输途经下北泽不行追尾黑色高级轿车，原型车与驾驶员均下落不明，01号“独角兽”已收藏在库宾卡坦克博物馆，02号车“报丧女妖”因后续动力系统故障可靠性不佳遭到拆解处分，部分零件似乎可以在01号“独角兽”上看到踪影。
