I don't have much information on this tank, but from what I can assume, it used to have a parade livery up until the start of the Great Patriotic War. No effort seems to have been put to remove the parade markings, as they are simply covered up by new markings.

My initial plan when skinning this T-28 was to make the fancier parade tanks such as "Stalin" or "Kirov", but unfortunately both sides of the hull use shared textures, which means that anything I'd put on one side would be mirrored on the other. As those initial plans relied a lot on the hull sides, I unfortunately had to cancel them. However I didn't want to dump all my effort on making a template in SP, and so I chose this livery instead.

It's still a rather iconic paintjob with the turret stripes, and the only real issue with the mirroring was a number 2 written inside a square on the hull sides. I made the number worn out enough for it to still be a bit visible, while at the same time working for both sides. To fit with the worn out style for that stencil, as well as the historically faded parade stripes, I made the thick white stripe on the turret look very rough to give it a feel of being a parade tank that was rushed to the front.

Sadly there's not much else that can be done for this tank without making it look completely generic, due to the aforementioned problems. I hope you enjoy it nonetheless!

I decided to take my weathering game a step further and made the undercarriage very muddy, and the weathering overall has better color variation. Details like pioneer tools are included as always, as well as a reskinned DT-27 machine gun, even though you can only normally see the front end of it!
我决定把我的风化游戏进一步，使底盘非常泥泞，风化整体有更好的颜色变化。细节像先锋工具总是包括在内，以及一个重新包装的DT-27机枪，即使你通常只能看到它的前端!
