Ritterkreuzträger SS-Oberscharführer Ernst Barkmann
A realistic representation of Herr Barkmann's Panther. This particular Panther is likely the one that was involved in actions near the French village of Le Lorey. The engagement is better known as Barkmann's Corner. Supporting a group of grenadiers; Barkmann would knock out a number of armored vehicles including two American light tanks.
The model I used as a reference is also very interesting. Kent Wiik (owner of the model) acquired Ernst Barkmann's address from a photo collector who had personally met Ernst Barkmann. He posted photos of his model but unfortunately didn't receive an immediate reply. Three years later Kent would receive an envelope from Germany. The letter wasn't in his own personal writing but Ernst Barkmann's helper expressed that Ernst was happy with his post and sent him a signed photo.
How to install? Just extract the folder to your Panther A userskin folder. The camouflage is applied directly to the model so you don't need to rotate or anything but it does mean you can't apply it to the other Panthers.

根据巴克曼先生的《黑豹》的史实再现。这只特殊的黑豹很可能参与了法国勒洛里村附近的行动。这次战斗被称为巴克曼角。为了支援一群掷弹兵，巴克曼指挥这辆豹式坦克击毁了包括两辆美国轻型坦克在内的许多装甲车。
我用作参考的模型也很有趣。肯特·威克(模型的主人)从一位与恩斯特·巴克曼见过面的照片收藏家那里获得了他的地址。他上传了模型的照片，但不幸的是没有立即收到回复。三年后，肯特收到了一封来自德国的信封。这封信不是他自己写的，但恩斯特·巴克曼的助手表示，恩斯特对自己的帖子很满意，并给他寄了一张签名照片。
