Panther Ausf. A from the 2. Kompanie/Pz.Rgt.6, part of the famous Panzer Lehr Division. She served with the markings "215" and "Ingrid", Normandy, July 1944.
This tank was knocked out north west of Le Dézert, Normandy, close to the location of a pair of infamous Panthers which caught the eyes of camera men, "Ursula" and "Elna" (next skins? ;p). Two penetrating holes were visible on the left side of the tank. After the discovery, the tank was brought south west of the area towards a vehicle dump along with "Elna".
