Hello! I created a language mod set on English version of the game, for vehicle names and some other stuff in hangar.
Almost all of them are now named more correct, mod is still in progress. What is the most important, the captured vehicles and almost all taken vehicles from other nations are right now with mark of from which nation they are! It's really great for begginers!
ALL planes and some of similar ground vehicles have now names seen from far away, on example Harrier GR.1 before had just a "Harrier GR" name in the battle when we was far from it, but now even from 20,000 meters you can know if it's GR.1 or GR.3
Other examples:
Bf 109 --- Bf 109 F-1 or Bf 109 G-14
Ju 87 --- Ju 87 G-2 or Ju 87 D-5
MiG-21 --- MiG-21F-13 or MiG-21SMT
Big difference and very helpful! Check everything on your own!
In hangar you can find some of nice stuff, button "To Battle!" is right now replaced by a cute tiger paw! same as every button "Yes" in the game. The button "Exit" and "To hangar" is now replaced by "Best Button" and whenever you would like to quit the game, it will say what you want to hear (check it on your own <3)
Qualifications of the crews are named more interesting!
But how to download and install it?
here's guide:
Download the mod, unpack zip file and put folder "lang" in the game folder.
Find config.blk file in game folder, open it in notepad, and find the debug{
then at the end of debug{ paste this line there:
testLocalization:b=yes
}
You have also photo of how it should looks like
If you want to disable mod, just instead of :b=yes, put there :b=no or delete the whole line
But warning, mod working only when you have your game language set to English, it won't work with any other language. Enjoy!
